Clad Rack enables maximum use of available surface area without wastage of space. In this system, the racking not only supports the load of the stored goods, but also the load of the building envelope, as well as external forces such as wind or snow. Hence, in addition to accounting for the usual storage racking loads the design must consider the building superstructure loads (roof, wall cladding, wind, seismic).
